I VITIGNI
Nella nostra tenuta, ai piedi di Castel del Monte, in piena Alta Murgia, terreni pietrosi si sposano con una vegetazione spontanea intervallata da strisce di campi coltivati. La nostra Puglia - la cantina dei vini d'Italia, questo è il soprannome spesso usato per la regione vinicola dell'Italia meridionale. Nella provincia prevalentemente pianeggiante, che si estende dallo sperone al tacco dello stivale lungo il mare Adriatico, sono coltivati estesi vigneti in pianura e sugli altipiani. La Puglia, con circa 200 km di costa, è caratterizzata da estati assolate, terreni fertili e correnti d'aria dell'Adriatico. Questo microclima unico caratterizza la regione e consente la maturazione di vini rossi forti e freschi. La regione è sinonimo di vini di prima classe. È qui che nasce TorreSanta.
THE VINES
In our estate, at the foot of Castel del Monte, in the middle of Alta Murgia, stony soils blend with spontaneous vegetation interspersed with strips of cultivated fields. Our Puglia - the wine cellar of Italy, this is the often used nickname for the wine region of southern Italy. In the mainly flat province, which extends from the spur to the heel of the boot along the Adriatic sea, extensive vineyards are cultivated in the plains and on the plateaus. Puglia, with about 200 km of coastline, is characterized by sunny summers, fertile soils and Adriatic air currents. This unique microclimate characterizes the region and allows the maturation of strong and fresh red wines. The region is synonymous with first-class wines. This is where TorreSanta was born.
